By creating an account or using Aspen (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. The Service is operated by [Timothy Moore LLC / Aspen Counseling] (“we,” “us”).
Aspen is a companion for emotional support between therapy sessions. It is not a therapist, does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice, and is not a crisis or emergency service. Aspen does not create a therapist–client or provider–patient relationship.
If you are in crisis or may be in danger, use the “Crisis support” option in the app or call/text 988, text HOME to 741741, or call 911. Aspen is not a substitute for professional care or emergency services.
Aspen’s responses are generated by artificial intelligence (Anthropic’s Claude). They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your situation, and they are not professional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical, mental-health, legal, or other decisions.
You must be at least [18 / confirm age] years old and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for use in [jurisdiction] and may not be appropriate elsewhere.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated or as needed to operate the Service safely.
